As soon as we get a period of dry weather, drainage work will begin on the 11th green and 12thFairway.
150m of ag drainage has been planned for the 12th green to provide better access to the green in a cart. This involves a fair amount of labour and will take a week or two to complete but with the success of the 9th fairway I’m sure everyone will be happy to see it carried out.
There will also be 45m of drainage installed in the back of the 11th green. This will hopefully help take water away from that back portion of the green that suffers badly with algae every year.
We are hoping for work to begin mid August.
