THIS IS THE NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR 2022 TO BE HELD AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON 15TH NOVEMBER AT 7PM.
IF YOU HAVE A MOTION TO BE MOVED AT THE MEETING, PLEASE SUBMIT IT TO THE SECRETARY BY 11th OCTOBER (secretary@cooroygolf.com.au)
There is a separate Committee Nomination of Officer form posted and the cut off date for nominations is 31st October 2022.
There is also a copy of the proposed changes to the Constitution with a summary.
The agenda will be posted a week before the scheduled meeting.
A quorum of 25 Financial members (subject to type of membership) is required to pass any Motions.
