Wednesday’s Stroke round was a combination of our John Madill Toyota Monthly Medal and our yearly Medal of Medal Trophy event.
Congratulations to Rod Harper (left) who wins the Medal of Medals with a nett 62. Rod just pipped Errol Radley who finished with a nett 63.
The highlight from the Medal of Medals round was Brad Jordison with a 68 off the stick for a nett 60. Brad’s gross score was our best for the year.
Kevin Tonkin once again donated the prizes for the best 3 gross scores: Brad Jordison 68, Les Terrans 76, and Kevin Tonkin 78.
Kevin Crundall donated the balls for the graded NTP’s: 6th Rod Harper, 7th Ossie Osborne, and 12th Rod Booth.
Next week is our last game for the year and I would like to remind all players that it is a 7.30 shotgun start. Please make sure you arrive early. Your Committee members will appreciate this as they also have a game to prepare for.
I wish you all the best for Xmas and the New Year; it has been an absolute pleasure acting as your Captain. The reward for me is seeing our player numbers grow and to see our members enjoying the experience.
