CAPTAIN’s CORNER
On Monday we hosted Peregian Springs and Nambour. It was the first day of winter and we didn’t see the sun all day. However it was not cold and some great scores were produced. The best round came from Peter O’Conner who finished with 45 points.
On Wednesday we played our June Monthly Medal, our event sponsor is John Madill Toyota and we were fortunate enough to have John join us for the day.
A couple of highlights for the day were Kevin Tonkin’s eagle on the 8th, and not to be outdone Les Terrans produced an eagle on the 9th. A total of 76 players took part and the best nett score came from Michael Andersen with 62.
