2nd Qualifying Round – Crawford Cup 4BBB Stroke.
Prize Donors: Cooroy Golf Club.
Tees Times: 6:45 AM to 11:00AM
Registration: at least 30 minutes prior to Tee off.
Stroke Event: The score at each hole is entered on the score card, totalled and the player’s full handicap deducted.
Stroke Variations:
4BBB Nett Stroke Event: Two players play as partners each taking strokes at holes according to their handicap. The player who holes out first with the best result is credited for the result on that hole. Mark the scores of each player in separate columns headed by their initials with the results in the result column.
Crawford Cup Conditions:
a) The handicap which a player is on after the 2nd Qualifying Round will be the handicap that applies for the Match Play rounds. A player’s handicap may be reduced, but not extended during the Qualifying Rounds.
b) Qualifying Rounds to be two 18 hole 4BBB Nett Stroke events.
c) Top 16 pairs to qualify.
d) In the event of ties the count-back system is to be used to determine qualifiers and order of play.
e) Match Play Rounds played as per Event Calendar or as otherwise directed by the Men’s Match Committee.
f) The number of strokes given is the full handicap difference. The lowest marker concedes strokes to the other players including their partner. Should the match go beyond the 18th hole handicap strokes are used as in the original round.
g) The decision of the Men’s Match Committee in all instances will be final.
