Marty Hunt MP, Member for Nicklin

Before entering Parliament, Marty Hunt proudly served the Nicklin community for 33 years as a police officer. Together with his wife, Kelly, Marty has raised their two daughters in the region and remains deeply committed to the safety, wellbeing and future of the community he calls home.

As the Member for Nicklin, Marty is focused on listening to residents, advocating for local priorities and helping address the challenges facing our community. He is committed to supporting local businesses, creating jobs and delivering the infrastructure needed to support our growing region.

Marty is committed to being accessible and connected to the community, regularly hosting Conversation Stations in Cooroy and across the electorate to provide residents with the opportunity to speak with him face-to-face.
