Today we had 50 players supporting Breast Cancer research and having a great time playing golf on our beautiful course. Thanks to our fabulous green-staff, who not only dressed in pink as a show of support, but gave us some special challenges on the course. Congratulations to Maria Taurer, who had a hole in 1 on the 10th, despite the toilet seat surrounding the hole. Great achievement Maria. Thanks to the fantastic support from our 9 hole girls and the support from Cooroy Cougars Cricket girls who helped make it such a memorable day. A big thank you to Kirsty Patten, one of our cricket girls, who ran a fantastic auction. All up we raised $2422 for Breast Cancer Research. An amazing amount from our little country club. A big thank you to Assunta Easton, Sue Piggott, Shay Zulpo & Freda Bull, who worked behind the scenes, while the rest of us enjoyed our golf.
