We are getting really good numbers now and considering we had a few away playing at Maleny we still had 25 players today.

In addition, over the last few weeks we have gained 6 new players, so a big welcome to those golfers.  The greens were considerably better but we still need rain to really bring them along. As seen by the results there are some very good scores coming in.  It’s a pity that our golfing year is coming to an end.  However, over the summer there will be the opportunity to play in a Stableford competition….more about that later.

Just a reminder to the Thursday players, we would love to have some more of you  join our Tuesday Competition.  It is a lot of fun, you can use it as a practise day and experienced golfers are always needed to help with our new players.  The more new players we get means the opportunity to move them up to Thursday golf as their golf improves…so have a think about it.  You don’t need to come every week and you just turn up.
