Overview | Necessity for this project is paramount due to the ongoing failure of the existing facilities. 1 High maintenance. 2 Access for service provider ( Sutton’s) during wet weather. 3 Existing facilities outdated. 4 Health and safety concerns. New Amenities can be relocated if necessary. Council Building & Plumbing Dept., have given provisional approval to install a new amenities toilet block to replace the existing Porta Loo at the 8Th tee Mark and a council officer can design the effluent area at no cost and council will waver the application and approval fee. Outcome: Modern easy to maintain on course toilet amenities facility |
