Cooroy Golf Club is in advanced stages of discussions with GemLife, a large operator of lifestyle resorts for over 55’s, about transferring ownership of part of our course to GemLife in exchange for GemLife building a new clubhouse, providing other infrastructure and redesign of the layout of the course.
A Development Application lodged with Noosa Council is now open for public comment.
We encourage you to register your support for the development. You can do this online via the link below. Submissions must be lodged by Monday, 1st June 2020.
