Hi reader,
2018 08 20 - Noosa

HOSTING NOOSA

After a cold start the ‘men in green’ fired up leaving nothing on the table for Noosa, not even a NTP.

Bruce Hallett (Noosa) did, however, eagle the 8th collecting 6 golf balls.

A Grade - Geoff Pembroke 41 on c/b from Bob Noble.

B Grade
- Grant Smallacombe 36 from John Cairns 35.

C Grade
- John Kelly 40 from Paul O'Hare 39.
Golf - that does look like very good exercise but what is the little white ball for?

VETS 2018 DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP

Caloundra has published Tee times for the Sunshine Coast District Veteran Golfers Association Championship on Monday, 27th August - click button.

WEDNESDAY

It’s a tough day at the office when you need a 4 at the beginning of your score to even be a chance of placing in a grade. It looks like everyone is hitting form at the right time with our championships coming up.

A Grade - Bruce McLean 42
B Grade - Jason Egan 43
C Grade - Andre Smit 43

Tom Murphy followed his excellent 43 last week with another good score of 41 but this week it was only good enough to win a ball in the rundown. Tom did however pick up a NTP on the 12th.

Seems odd to be talking about Summer with the current chilly mornings and nights!
