WEDNESDAY
Thanks to Lionel Willett, one of our Vets founding members, for sponsoring the annual OLD COURSE CHALLENGE run over consecutive weeks.

The leaders in this year's challenge after round 1 are:

History tells us that it is very unlikely that anyone outside this group can win the 2-week competition unless they have a blinder next week. Mark Kelly did just that in 2021 when he scored 18 points in round 1 and followed up with 23 points in round 2.
|
Mike O’Donnell wins a bottle of Red Wine and 6 golf balls for his best score in round 1.
|
In the Single Stableford competition, Studley Martin 40 took out A Grade, Dale Rickard 38 won B Grade, and Jim Henderson 39 won C Grade.

A reminder the nomination sheet for our visit to Peregian on Monday 31st July is available in the clubhouse. It is a good day this one so don't miss nominating.
