A close contest in A Grade saw Tony Watson with 37 take out first place on a countback from Peter Jeucken and Peter Crosby. Richard Green finished in 4th place with 36.
|
Burgs Burgen recorded 39, the best score of the day, to take out B Grade from Ross Maloney 36, Pat Allen 35, and Bruce Wilshire 35.
|
|
Ron Blount shot par to take out C Grade from Trevor Kinneally 35, Alex Kologaras 35, and Tom Williams 34.
|

WHAT's COMING UP
|
|
|
|
Next Wednesday is a Single Stableford and an 8:00 am shotgun start. It is also the annual Green-keepers vs Vets Challenge when Warren and his crew get to make the course more challenging than usual for players. They are an innovative lot so expect the unexpected. The photos illustrate the challenges faced in previous years. Don't be surprised to find a tractor in the middle of the fairway or in a bunker.

Past results suggest the Greens Staff are odds-on favourites to take out the challenge again this year.

HOST DAY PROGRAM

Unfortunately, the weather forced the cancellation of the visit by Tin Can Bay and Caloundra. It will be rescheduled to a later date if possible.

COOROY GOLF CLUB - MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
|
The club recently distributed renewal invoices by email for members with an email address so check your email inbox. If your membership expires at the end of June 2023 and you haven't received an invoice please let the bar staff know.
