WHAT's COMING UP
Next Wednesday is a single Stableford and there will be a free sausage sizzle at Marty's Hut.
|
|
The following Wednesday is the June Monthly Medal sponsored by 'The Bush Boys'.
|
|
WEDNESDAY
Mark Woolway and Steve Jackson were clear winners in the 2-Man Ambrose with 61.75. Mark also picked up his first-ever Lucky Draw (a nice bottle of red) and Steve picked up the NTP on the 6th hole.
|
|
Errol (I never win anything) Radley and Peter Brown finished in 2nd place with 63 just ahead of Ross Maloney and Cam Darby with 64 in 3rd place.

It is with sadness that we advise the passing of Nick Kostalas. Our condolences to his family and friends.
|
Nick was a long-time member of the Vets, a willing hand on the BBQ at Marty's Hut, and always happy to sponsor events with his fellow 'Croweater'. Nick couldn't play much golf in recent times because of health issues, but he never missed a chance to catch up with his mates and have a good laugh.

|
He will be missed by all who knew him.
|
|
|

HOST DAY PROGRAM
Unfortunately, the weather forced the cancellation of the visit to Mt Coolum on Monday, 15th May. It will be rescheduled for later in the year.
|
We host Nambour on Monday, the 22nd of May. It will be a shotgun start at 8:00 am. Currently, we have 65 participants. If you want to play but haven't nominated, you can text Dave L on 0419722104 before 10:00 am Sunday.

The time sheet for our hosting Tin Can Bay and Caloundra on Monday, 5th June 2023 is in the clubhouse. It will be a shotgun start at 8:30 am.
