WEDNESDAY
Bob Noble didn't win the Lucky Draw (again!) but he did narrowly win the A Grade Stableford with 38 from Andy Stewart 37 and Terry Lyons 36. Bob also won the A Grade NTP on the 1st.
|
Bob's group are known as The Fast and Furious as they complete their rounds in some incredibly fast times.
|
Errol (formerly known as I never win anything) Radley won B Grade with 40 from Tom Williams with 40 and Graham Laing with 39.
|
Glen Johnstone had a good start to the year with 39 to win C Grade from Jack (FIFO) Timm 38 and Garry Webster 37.
|
Next week is a Stableford sponsored by Peter Palmer.

|
We have our first Jimmy's Famous Banger and Beer for 2023 at Marty's Hut on the 25th of January.

Our Vets' year runs from January to December. 2023 fees are now due; $10.00 for Full members (male) and $5.00 for Restricted members (female).

HOST DAY PROGRAM
The Nomination Sheet for the visit by Mt Coolum on Monday, 13th February is available in the clubhouse.

Gympie visit us on Monday, 23rd January. The Nomination Sheet is in the clubhouse and filling up fast.

Nominate and get off to an early start in accumulating points for the 2023 Host Day Stableford Player of the Year Challenge (HDPOTY).

COURSE MANAGEMENT PLAN & BUDGET
The Management Committee has signed off a recent review of the Course Management Plan and Budget which sets us up for a very busy but successful 2023. More details of several exciting projects will be circulated shortly.
|
One of these projects is the installation of an air-conditioned staff and volunteer lunchroom and office facility in the greenkeepers compound (Precinct 21). Design and sourcing are complete with the delivery of the new building expected in late February/March 2023. We are looking for furniture and fittings to fit out the building.
