VETS XMAS LUNCH
Next week is our Vets Xmas lunch and presentation. A reminder it is an 8:00 am shotgun start.
|
There is a large field, so please assist by arriving early. The table in front of the whiteboard will be set up for registration.
|
There will be lots of extra competitions on the course to keep players challenged.
|
|
Several of our retired Vets members will be attending, so it will be great to catch up.
|

2022 SPOTY
|
Matt Saunders maintained his lead through Wednesday to be crowned the 2022 Stableford Player of the Year - congratulations Matt.
|
|
The full leaderboard will be posted on the website shortly.
|
|
|
WEDNESDAY
Thanks to 'The 2 G's' aka Graham Laing and Greg Michael for sponsoring the Stableford competition on Wednesday. Sponsors get to nominate the rules for the competition so you can blame the "G's" for playing off the blue tees although it didn't seem a problem for most players.
|
Rick Lenske clearly enjoyed the challenge recording 42 points, the best score of the day, to win B Grade from Wayne Carty 41 and Scott Bennett 38.
|
Dennis Beckhaus joined the winners list carding 37 to win C Grade from Joe Daniels 35 and Tony Kershaw 35.
|
|
Gary Menyweather carded 39 to take out A Grade from Grathan Leatherbarrow 39 and Laurie Staples 37

COMPETITION OVER THE XMAS BREAK
Wednesday, 14th December sees the completion of our formal program for 2022 however, there will less formal competitions on Wednesday, 21st December 2022 and Wednesday, 28th December 2022. There will be a prize for the aggregate over the two days.
You can book online as usual through the Member Portal.

We start our 2023 Wednesday program on 4th January 2023 with a Monthly Medal.

2023 VETS SUBSCRIPTION FEES
2023 fees are now due - $10.00 for Full members (male) and $5.00 for Restricted members (female).
