A great field of 96 enjoyed a slightly damp wet course which slowed run of the ball. Still no NTP's and we are restricted to playing Stableford but, that means members can rack up points in the SPotY Championship.

38 proved a popular number in B Grade with Andre Smit winning on a count-back from Matt McQueen 38 and Dougie Pearce 38.
|
Peter Crosby flipped his club at Mr Handicap to shoot 39 and take A Grade from Jeff McDonald 36 and Laurie Staples 36.
|
Jim Bisset also flipped Mr Handicap with 39 to take C Grade from Kev Crundall 34 and Bruce Dooley 33.
|
A perfect practice swing by Dave Lyons on the second fairway impressed nearby players. In reality it was an air swing! Just to prove he had the swing down pat Dave repeated it on the 4th......with another air swing.
