Use this form to submit results for Women’s Tuesday Club competitions. It is designed to accommodate both single and partnered competitions and as many variations/options as may apply on a Tuesday game day. For ease of use, options are logically grouped under collapsible sections. You expand or collapse a section by clicking on the ^ symbol at the end of the section title.
Tips for completing the form:
- Fields marked with an * are mandatory i.e. must be completed.
- Only complete ‘fields‘ applicable for the particular game day, leaving any not applicable blank. Blank fields won’t be included in the results submitted.
- Submit one set of results only for each Tuesday competition i.e. by DATE. Once results for a Date have been submitted the date will not be available for selection in the date picker calendar.
- Follow the format guidelines for each field where provided as this ensures consistency of presentation.
- If completing the optional Game Day Wrap field, break it into paragraphs for ease of reading. Game Day Wrap is a rich text field so you can use a variety of formatting to aid presentation.
