| Job Outcome | The primary purpose of this team is to quickly and pro-actively take advantage of opportunities that present themselves through advance knowledge of things like weather conditions to make improvements to and maintenance of the course. |
| Description: | Reasonably reliable weather predictions invariably mean we have advance knowledge of significant rain events. Whilst wet weather can be a negative for a golf club it also has significant upside – golf courses depend on water for course presentation and maintenance. A key to taking advantage of the upside is knowing which jobs most benefit from being prepared in advance of a rain event. Potential jobs will invariably be on the List of Volunteer Jobs so they can be flagged. Once we have the advance weather warning a decision can then be quickly made on activating the RRT and the focus of preparations. The RRT Job Coordinator is responsible for:
