VETS: Newsletter week ending 23rd September 2017

VETS ON THE ROAD

We have an unwritten rule that whenever our members travel they must send photos so the rest of us can participate in the experience.

The Cooroy Bush Boys Social Group are just back from a very successful Golf Trip to Tenterfield NSW.

Twenty two persons took part in the trip with 16 playing golf over the 3 days in beautiful Spring weather – see the website Gallery for more photos.

Andrew and Gabi Dick are relaxing on an exotic island somewhere in the Pacific.

Greg and Christine Michael continue their grand odyssey through Europe as do Terry Lyons and Anne Winning.

INTERNATIONALS vs AUSSIES

80% of our new members are from international decent. This clearly make Jim Henderson’s “International All Stars” firm favourites to take out next weeks’ competition and therefore making it two in a row.  This has worried Captain of the “True Blue Aussies” Dave Lyons to the extent that he has left town and handed over the responsibility to Rod Booth.

To the “Australian Attack” team led by Grant Smallacombe, this is like waving a red rag at a bull and he is confident that his new look “carefully selected” team will take out the honours for the 1st time
