Strategic Planning

Hi reader,

Strategic Planning is the process whereby the Management Committee can establish the club's long-term direction.  Having a Strategic Plan in place shows our ability to plan and move forward to achieve our goals.  This works in our favour when we make applications for grants.

It is important to the Management Committee to ensure that all members have the opportunity to provide their feed back and suggestions.

To gain a clear understanding of our vision and planning of where we want to be in five year's time, we need to know what you, our members, want.

Your involvement and feedback are vital in formulating a Strategic Plan for Cooroy Golf Club.  Please support us by answering the questions below.
