Nomination forms for committee positions are available in the clubhouse at the bar or on the notice board. The cut-off date for nominations is no later than close of business, Thursday 6th November 2025.

📋 Agenda
The agenda will be posted in the clubhouse and circulated to members no later than one week prior to the meeting.

🧾 Quorum and Voting
A quorum of 25 financial members (subject to membership type) is required to pass any motions. Please ensure your membership is current to participate in voting.
