Unfortunately, the weather was against us, and we had to cancel the last Stableford competition of the year.
|

Gold Membership
In 2017 we introduced a Vet’s Gold Member Award for active and continuous members for 25 years. Given the fact that you need to be aged 55 to join the Vets you will have to be at least a mature person of 80 years or more to qualify. Did you join the Vet’s in the year 2000 or before? We have been fortunate enough to award this 5 times in recent years. As the Vet’s records were not kept until Rod Booth entered the scene some 15 years ago, we rely on our member's memory to let us know if they qualify. Please let us know if you qualify or are getting close to doing so.

WHAT's COMING UP
18th December 2024: Final competition, Presentation, and Xmas Lunch. You can book online now. 18 Hole Vets Lady Members are invited for golf and lunch - 8:00 am shotgun start. We will be playing a 4 Person Ambrose Medley with the course set up as you have never played it before.

The Vets will have a 2-week break with no competitions over Xmas.

8th January 2025: We will resume Vets competitions on Wednesday, 8th of January 2025 with a Monthly Medal sponsored by the Bush Boys.

3rd February 2025: Visit to Headland. This is something that we have not done in recent years due to them placing a ban on us for not allowing ladies to join the Vet’s. Headland is a great venue and the nomination sheet for this game should be available and on display near the Vet’s pin-up board in early January.

10th February 2025: Our 1st home host day will be a visit by Mount Coolum on Monday, 10th of February, and a chance for us to gain some valuable points for the 2025 Coo-Coo Shield. This will be an 8.00 am shotgun start. Online booking will be available 3 weeks before the competition date.

Vets 2025 Annual Membership Fee of $15.00 is due and payable by 31st December 2024.
