WEDNESDAY
Wednesday's Stableford off Yellow Tees produced some great scores. It will be interesting to see how the tees change with the course re-rating later in the year.
Bruce Wilshire broke his age when he returned 80 off the stick. Great effort, and not an easy thing to do, although I believe Peter Brown may have achieved this more than once this year.

Ken Green scored an eagle on the 18th. What a perfect way to finish your round. His 3 for 5 gave him a very credible 23 points on the back nine.
Joe Daniels placed the highest bid for the pre-loved Vets shirt when he out-bid his own $10 bid with a $15 bid.

A-GRADE Winner: Greg Michael with 43 points.
B-GRADE Winner: Dale Rickard with 44 points.

C-GRADE Winner: Mike Smith with 41 points.

WHAT's COMING UP
- Wednesday, 18th September: Pairs Special 6’s Stableford format.
- Tuesday, 24th September: 13 Hole Ladies Invite - 4 Person Ambrose, 7.00 am shotgun start. The booking sheet is on the table near the vets' noticeboard. The ladies will also have a sheet in use. This has proven to be a very popular and enjoyable event in the past.
- Thursday, 17th October: Ladies Tee Up for Cancer. Male Vets are invited to this 4BBB and PINK will be the order of the day. This was a great event last year and was well supported by the Vets. There will be a booking sheet available on the Vets' table or see our Ladies Captain Kate Sawrey.
