HIGHLIGHTS of THE WEEK
We visited Gympie on Tuesday. Andrew Carson finished 3rd with Jason Egan, Joe Daniels and Mike Kent making the rundown.

The big news ... Aussie Attack follow their success last year with a win in the 2019 International All Stars versus Aussies event. As Grant is on the injury list he delegated playing tactics and on course motivation to his vice captain Con Russell who ably led the team to victory. Con was unusually quiet which turned out to be a rather clever ploy to unnerve the opposition.
Aussie Attack (Grant Smallacombe) - 374
International All Stars (Jim Henderson) - 367
True Blue Aussies ( Dave Lyons) - 357
One opponent rationalised that Grant’s team might have won the sympathy war resulting in Grant declaring greater determination to win again next year to make it three in a row.
Single Stableford results: Greg Flanagan took out A Grade with 38, Bruce McLean B Grade with 41 and Ron Sayers (visitor) C Grade. Ron also took away a bottle of wine in the Lucky Draw.
Thanks to our Wednesday sponsors “The Shankers” (aka Geoff Edwards, Terry McCulloch, Grant Smallacombe).
