2018 03 21 - Irish 4 Ball

WEDNESDAY RESULTS - Modified Irish 4 Ball Stableford

A field of 75 'courageous' (or perhaps foolhardy) players headed out at 8:00 am onto a wet course and threatening elements. A few called it quits early - there was the availability of Guinness in the clubhouse - but most stuck it out and, there were some good scores.

The John Stewart Team collected the largest bottles of Irish good stuff with 89 points followed by the Peter Buchbach Team with 86 and the Mike Smith Team with 85.

Thanks to the Leprechauns for sponsoring the day.

HOSTING WOODFORD - RESULTS

The scores were a good indication of degree of difficulty of the course.

Ken (the new clubs are working) McKay took out A Grade 36, Ron (recovered well from surgery) Blount B Grade with 36 and Geoff Currie C Grade also with 36.
