XMAS LUNCH ATTENDANCE

There are quite a few members who haven’t indicated if they will be attending our Xmas lunch next Wednesday.  We need an accurate indication of numbers for catering purposes.  If you didn’t record your intentions on the List available last Wednesday please email Rod urgently and let him know.  Otherwise there may not be enough food for the committee and they won’t be very happy!

CAPTAIN’s CORNER

Errol & KevinIt was “Medal of Medal” day where the honors’ went to Errol Radley (left – smile Errol you won everything) with a nett 60.  Errol’s closest rival was Paul O’Hare who finished with a nett 63.

It was also our December John Madill Monthly Medal”, the winners Errol Radley (60), Chris Nielsen (62), and Kevin Crundall (left with Errol) (63), are therefore the first to be eligible to contest the 2016 Medal of Medals.

Next weeks 4 Man Ambrose is our last programmed event for the year.  It is also our FREE Xmas lunch and presentation day.  Once again we have chosen 246ate to do our catering.

Our sponsors for the day are the very popular “Bush Boys x 15”.

For those not in the know the Bush Boys consist of:

Bruce Wilshire, Peter Reilly, Kerry Martin, Phil Mason, Jon Sendall, Jim Prendergast, Paddy Knapp, Jim Gregg, John Quodling, Gary Sheales, Bill Galvin, John Kelly, Glen Johnstone, John McNamara, & Tom Murphy.

The Bush Boys have been sponsoring this event and others through the year for sometime, it is their and other sponsors generosity that enables us to put on a range of member benefits throughout the year.

You probably noticed our “Xmas Break Competition” nomination sheets out on display. There has been a good response so far, the 4 sheets and details are up on our notice board and will be out on the “Lucky Prize” table next week.

Remember next weeks shotgun start is 7.30 am. Please feel free to dress in Christmas spirit attire.  I will be looking for something bright to wear.
