MEN: Pennant Results for 26th February 2017

It is amazing how things can change around so quickly.  Most of us turn up at 7.30 to practice and sort the team sheets out (maybe) well not really; we find out that the start time is changed 7.30 hit off; Mark Bright is late, Peter Jeucken is still looking for his coffee.  Even though we appealed to the opposing side, we had to, unfortunately, forfeit Peter Jeucken’s game.  This also left a couple of heads in the wrong spot.

Jeff McDonald fought on well, going two down on the 18.

Big Ray Nolan nearly made the 18th, going down 1/2 on the 17th.

Peter Jeucken game to be determined.

Andy Stewart nearly squared it on the 18th after being 5 down.

Peter Fryer also losing 1 down on the 17th.

Peter Kennedy, second game was solid against his fella, down 1 on the 18th.

The shining light was Mark Bright, after giving 3 shots away, managed a 5/3 win.

Special thanks to the all abilities caddy program.  Donna, caddies for Mark, and a big shout out to Matty, for being Andy Stewart’s caddy.

The result being a loss to Nambour  6 and 1.

Next weeks team will be out soon.

Practice hard.

Cheers
