Better result on Sunday with a squared match.

Peter Fryer, Peter Buchbach and George Hall got the choc’ies.

Peter Jeucken shared the chocolates whilst Dave Wippell, Ray Nolan and Jeff McDonald were unlucky today.

I can’t praise the effort of Peter Buchbach (photo) enough.  Peter was forced to play as our number 1 today and whilst not his preferred slot he overcame a 3 hole deficit after 7 to win 2 and 1 . Great result Peter.

After 2 rounds we are in a similar position to last year with a loss to Nambour and a half with Caloundra.

Important we start with a win next Sunday at home versus Noosa Springs at 7.00 am.

Big thanks to our 2 B grade players who helped today and we may be called upon to assist them during the season as well.

We will return the favour so it is possible someone will play a game up in B grade during the season.
